Terms of Service — Nova Pulse Media LLC

These terms cover services purchased through novapulsemediallc.com. By buying from us, you agree to them. This is a general-information template, not legal advice.
Services and pricing
- Website: $300 one-time to build and launch, plus a $99/month care plan (hosting, updates, fixes). Annual option: $990/year. Your domain (about $12–15/year) is purchased separately in your name.
- Website + Logo: $349 one-time plus $99/month care plan. Includes a custom logo with 2 revision rounds.
- Logo Unlock: $49 one-time for the clean, unwatermarked logo files after you approve a free preview.
- Free logo preview: watermarked concepts for review. 2 revision rounds included. We do not sell standalone logo design — logo work is part of our website service.
Prices are in USD. Washington sales tax is applied where required by law.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Work begins after payment is received unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancel anytime
The monthly care plan can be canceled at any time. If you cancel, your website stays live, but you lose everything the plan covers: hosting management, content updates and edits (for example, weekly event or menu changes), fixes, and support. Any changes to your site after cancellation are quoted and billed separately.
Site transfer: if you’d like to move your site to another host, we offer a one-time transfer for $99. This includes a complete copy of your site files, help pointing your domain to the new host, and verification that the site loads correctly. After the transfer is complete, we are fully hands-off — no further updates, fixes, or support unless you re-subscribe to the care plan.
Revisions
2 revision rounds are included per project unless stated otherwise. Additional rounds may be billed separately — we’ll agree on the cost with you first.
Ownership
- Final website files and final logo files are yours once paid in full.
- Watermarked previews remain our property until the unlock fee is paid.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
No guarantees
We don’t promise specific search rankings, traffic, or sales results. We build quality work; results depend on many factors outside our control.
Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.
Payment Terms
Approved extra work and add-ons (anything beyond your plan's included updates) are billed to your next scheduled payment unless paid at approval — nothing is due on the spot. Payments have a five (5) day grace period past the due date. If payment is not received within the grace period, your website will be suspended (taken offline) until your account is current; the site is restored when payment is received. Suspension does not cancel your plan or any balance owed.
